ScreenFriends and Interactive Networks Form Alliance 

LOS ANGELES – February 6, 2003--ScreenFriends(TM) Co. (www.screenfriends.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of WENR Corp. (OTC: WNRC) (www.wenr.net) announced today that it formed an alliance with Interactive Networks Inc. (www.interactiveni.com) a provider of instant messaging technology. 

Interactive Networks will integrate its Instant Messaging software with the ScreenFriends Voice-Activated software. ScreenFriends plans to market the bundled software to its various marketing outlets. The Instant Messaging technology will provide an added facet to ScreenFriends’ users and additional features for upgrades. Interactive Networks’ IM network can interoperate with all of the major public networks, including AOL, MSN, Yahoo and ICQ. It features 128-bit encryption within the network, a customizable user interface, content and services integration, such as scrolling stock quotes, news and search, centralized auditing and logging of messages, and integration with any directory.

Interactive Networks Inc. is an international software company that develops and market Instant Messaging and Content Management Solutions. The company provides secure Instant Messaging servers and hosted solutions that accommodate the needs of small organizations as well as large multinational corporations. Interactive Networks is headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay, with sales agents in the United States, Spain, Norway, Canada and Argentina, and users in more than 125 counties around the globe. 

The alliance between ScreenFriends and Interactive Networks was developed through “Focus On Something” a Las Vegas, Nevada, based international marketing consortium. Focus was also responsible for securing sales of ScreenFriends software with electronics Catalog Company and a computer manufacturer, recently announced. Focus is presently engaged in discussions with several Fortune 100 Corporations and looks forward to the integration of ScreenFriends and ScreenFriends-IM products into these companies in the near future. 

ScreenFriends’ Inter(Face)(TM) is proprietary software utilizing speech command-response technology to provide voice-activated solutions for desktop navigation. Upon voice command, the software opens and closes programs, searches databases and index systems, surfs the Web, delivers dynamic online messages (reads and delivers: e-mail, stock quotes, news, movie reviews, weather reports etc.) to the user.
