ScreenFriends Selects PRG for Retail Marketing

LOS ANGELES - November 19, 2002--ScreenFriends(TM) Co. (www.screenfriends.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of WENR Corp. (OTC:WNRC) (www.wenr.net) announced today that it has reached agreement with Product Resource Group, LLC, ("PRG") (www.productresourcegroup.com), a leader in developing products for retail and commercial markets, to develop sales to major retailers of the ScreenFriends software. 

ScreenFriends' Inter(Face)(TM) is proprietary software utilizing speech command-response technology to provide voice-activated solutions for desktop navigation. Upon voice command, the software opens and closes programs, searches databases and index systems, surfs the Web, delivers dynamic online messages (reads and delivers: e-mail, stock quotes, news, movie reviews, weather reports etc.) to the user. ScreenFriends has sold its voice-enabling software with a state of the art headset, including microphone, in a commercial carried on satellite television networks.

In addition to developing products, Product Resource Group also facilitates the "Ultimate Rep Consortium" - a national sales network of representatives, distributors and major retailers. PRG is featuring ScreenFriends in its November New Product Bulletin that identifies products that it is launching to retail this month. Through its sales network, PRG provides sales access to the following major retail sectors: Mass Merchants, Home Centers, Grocery Chains, Drug Store Chains, Department Stores, Electronics Superstores, E-commerce Retail and Electronic Shopping Channels. 

The agreement with PRG is a result of the sales of the Screenfriends software through the television commercial which aired in September and October. By establishing sales through the advertising, PRG will sell the same ScreenFriends software and headset in major retail outlets. The Company expects to begin placing product on store shelves during the first quarter of next year.
