WENR Corp. Announces Intent to Acquire Softorbit’s Revenue Generating Distribution Unit LOS ANGELES, September 25, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) – WENR Corporation (OTC: WNRC) (wenr.net), a leader within the rapidly growing Internet communications sector, Thursday announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Softorbit. The transaction is expected to close by the first of December. Softorbit controls a revenue generating, extensive film and television library incorporating approximately 1,500 titles and television shows along with distribution facilities, assets and service company that supplies its content to the broadcast and entertainment industries. The content is delivered in the form of video and DVD’s, utilizing the extensive content library of Softorbit, through its existing distribution channels as well as delivering digital content distribution via the internet for Video on Demand (VOD) for Broadband Events that also incorporates shopping cart commerce capabilities to its customers.
