WENR Corp. Announces Finalization of License Agreement

(wenr.net), is very pleased to announce that it has signed its license agreement with Softorbit. The Company will now setup a wholly owned subsidiary to begin marketing titles of the library for sale on DVD, and through its
www.allhollywood.com website.

The new subsidiary will install Michael Elliot as President and Chaba Mehes as Executive Vice President. Dan Green will also be an officer in the new subsidiary. Furthermore, both Elliot and Mehes along with Dan Green will make up the board of directors of the subsidiary. The name of the subsidiary will be announced soon.
Softorbit controls an extensive film, television, educational, documentary and classic music video library incorporating over 15,000 titles (photos of which can be viewed on the wenr.net website.) Along with its vast content library, it has editing and authoring facilities, distribution facilities, as well as fulfillment facilities. Softorbit delivers film and stock footage through its existing distribution channels in the form of video and DVD’s. It also delivers digital content via the Internet for Video on Demand with its state of the art streaming technology for broadband events.
WENR Corp. will provide the newly formed subsidiary with resources for marketing through the Internet and television advertising to increase revenue and exposure of the content licensed from Softorbit.
