WENR Corp. Announces Plans for Softorbit’s Websites LOS ANGELES, August 26, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) – WENR Corporation (OTC: WNRC) (wenr.net), announced today its plans for Softorbit’s websites. Through a management agreement, WENR will take control of the www.softorbit.com website and the www.allhollywood.com website. Both websites are currently setup for e-commerce. WENR intends to utilize the www.softorbit.com website to provide streaming of movies, documentaries (Video on Demand) and for viewing of stock footage. Titles will be offered either for free and on a Pay-per-View basis. Currently, Softorbit is providing demonstrations of streaming video on its website. Additionally, the Company is developing plans to propagate the www.allhollywood.com website with titles from the library. The Company will begin converting the more popular titles of the library to DVD and make them available to consumers on the website. Softorbit has relationships with other studios and libraries to offer titles on the website beyond its current library. The Company will also sell its titles through conventional distribution avenues. WENR Corp. intends to close with Softorbit in early September. Softorbit controls an extensive film, television, educational, documentary and classic music video library incorporating over 15,000 titles (photos of which can be viewed on the wenr.net website.) Along with its vast content library, it has editing and authoring facilities as well as distribution facilities. Softorbit delivers film and stock footage through its existing distribution channels in the form of video and DVD’s. It also delivers digital content via the Internet for Video on Demand with its state of the art streaming technology for broadband events.
